I am so happy with this service! My assistant is extremely professional, has great communication and is very efficient. The user interface of the website is great too, allowing you to place time limits and easily track how much time tasks are taking/costing and allows reoccurring tasks. 10/10

I have only been with Time Etc for a short time, but I am LOVING it! After sadly losing my previous VA after 4+ years where he did everything for me perfectly–until he didn’t–I never thought I’d find a replacement, but I did at Time Etc. So far, I am VERY happy.
It didn’t take very long for us to “sync up” in both how we communicate tasks and progress, as well as making changes to tasks as we learned together. Very few tasks are so cut-and-dry that they can be imparted trivially and never adjusted, so being able to sync as we go, has been really important.
Just completed my ‘get to know you’ call with my VA from Time Etc and it went great. My intention was to connect with my VA and let her into my life while also gaining an understanding of her outside of her skills and passions.

Without question, Time Etc excels at customer service. Remote, virtual, collaboration takes trust and accountability. Time Etc realizes this and proactively monitors and confirms that their service is working to expectation, and responds quickly when they do not. Nobody is perfect, but responsive correction makes all the difference. I have used others, and many cheaper than Time Etc, but as we know it isn’t what it costs but what it is worth. Time Etc is a value.

This company has been a very effective solution in helping me service my clients and maximize the time spent on projects, as well as handling tasks that I don’t necessarily enjoy or have time for. I’m able to utilize them for a variety of functions to eventually create a collaborative team environment without having to worry about tedious tasks such as liability or payroll, such as competitive research.
